About this week's 'toon

I've never tried to draw Joseph Haydn before, but I'm pretty sure I nailed it.

There are a lot of Sikh people in Northern California. By any measure, that is a good thing. And while the hate against my Islamic neighbors pisses me off, the hate directed at the Sikh folks takes my anger to an extra special level of extreme. Sikhs aren't Muslim. Yes, they wear turbans. All Sikh men wear turbans. Not all Muslim men do. But, so often because of their headgear, Sikhs are the target of ignorant rage when someone thinks that they "look Muslim." They aren't. Sikhs aren't Muslims. Knock it off.
